Searching for phone or Turn on the phone...??? - GSM-Forum

hi,i have nsdongle and the nsdongle box,i always thought that with the box,nsdongle software would search the phone by itself BUT whenever i try to get info or unlock a phone i click on the correct button and it says "turn on the phone" instead of searching the phone by itself,i click the power button but nothing happens!

what can i do??? i cant understand how to make the phone be recognized by the box...its really weird cause if i FLASH the phone the software recognize the phone by itself and it works wonders!

any help please????

your using the box? does it say NSdongle box in the comport list?
sometimes you have to connect after you push the unlock button.

Press unlock and when it says power on phone,then plug the cable into the phone?

Are you using a laptop by any chance

yeah thats what i have to do,i have to click unlock for example and then i have to plug the phone.in the comport list it says nsbox.
in another computer it says instead com 1, com 21 and com 4 and the box doesnt work there..is there anyway to fix this?i already tried to uninstall the box and the software and reinstall again but with no luck!

Did you follow Eloc's instructions on how to install the drivers for the box?

and are you using a laptop pc or a desk top pc?

some computers are just broken. if you choose the comport t he box is on it still works but then it wont auto turn on the phone like its supose to.

and yes, sometimes you have to plug the phone into the box after you push unlock.
