Security code on menu item - GSM-Forum

A customer reported that to access some menu's in his phone requires a user code. is this the same scurity code used to lock a person from the phone ?.

Can reset phonelock clear this code ?

It should!

If not, try the usual unlock techniques like unlock, rebuild NVM.

Worst case scenario, reflash.
