nspro stoped working ... ?? - GSM-Forum

hi
my nspro worked just fine till today at noon , after 1 hour i came back to pc , soft was closed , i try to open it and i get axalto card error , after this i get some 100600 or number like that error from server , no conection , after this i get massage to d/l latest soft from nspro site.
i check and rechecked and reinstall all drivers.
checked other nspro box and soft open np....
i open my box , cleaned the card and the connectors.
same problem.
tried nspro repair soft , it say card not detected.
when i take card out of the box , i get the card error at start . if i put card back i get soft to load till end and then pop all errors i told before.
any solution for this ?
which card reader i can test the smart card ?
i have mss ,pkey , usbsmart rocker dongle and smartclip dongle.

put card in other working box..that will test 100%

what box i can test ? i dont have the other nspro anymore also its not mine i dont want to open it

u will try with the ufs box with jaf pkey replace the ns pro card and us e as interface ufs if u run the ns pro setup it will work first see the smart card was insert was correct ok and try again

you say try the smart card with pkey reader ?

well
i just come this morning to work ...
and said to myself ... lets connect nspro again .....
i conected it ...... it open soft , and ther i see the server error become conected to server ...... and then nspro open .... and its working again .....
i say its weird .... as nothing changed in my internet on this pc .... and other nspro did work when i tested my non working one ....

anyhow ... thx

Hello
Download latest software and install it ,then restart pc and usb hub(if u use it) and start new software .

pleace recanect box and

update your box 1.26 than your problem has been solved

Probably U have problem with e-gate card. If U have any other box with this card for example setool, U have problem because this card can't collaboration. U must connect Ns Pro right click on my computer, uninstal e-gate card, next click refresh, and again install this card from ns pro folder. Good luck!
