SGH-F406 firmware needed - GSM-Forum

Hello all.

A customer just brought me a Rogers (Canada) SGH-F406 phone that was flashed with F400 software elsewhere in an attempt to get it debranded.

Now the phone boots up (you see the SAMSUNG SGH-F400) logo and the bar that makes it most of the way, and then screen goes blank. When any button is pressed you hear the tone in the phone, but no screen response.

F406 firmware is not available in NS PRO support however....

Any other suggestions?

I will note that F406 is a Rogers branded Quad-band phone, while F400 is a European dual-band phone.

got the same problem for 1 of mine customers.. did u manage to find it? Seems to not be available on any Samsung support site..
