*#9090# Setting Not present > blank page
*#9090# and choose "[1]DM\DUM over HS-USB(*)"

what imei is on the phone now ?
Is a numeric IMEI? or imei null/null?

I317_IMEI_Baseband_Repair - was performed / Qualcomm setting is back, but no *#9090# setting
