for stop with in two month support

my Questions for Elco


i have purcharge 2 ns pro box in january but at that time new setup install but require activation ??????

i have also pruchrge before this box more then 2 year, this box is working 1 year support. then new box only for two months ???? Give me solutions ?

new nspro boxes are activated for 1 year. If your box is new and have less than 1 year activation count, contact your reseller to solve the problem.
This problem apear's when the reseller use the box even for 1 time long before selling it to customer.

sometimes to ensure the working status of BOX and Smart CARD as well - ONE may need to check it only with any existing version of NS PRO......

In my knowledge no other utility can check/read serial no. of box prior selling out to any end user.

So in such conditions it becomes very difficult to distinguish between the fake and the genuine attempt made (by distributor / reseller / end user) in order to just verify the WORKING status of box/card.

You can use NsPro ID Reader from Nspro support area to check the box/card
