repaired one N7100 but before repair, flashed the N7100 IMEI Baseband Repair.zip

phone works perfect but now I have this on screen and can't get rid of it

any help?

It's a screwed up EFS file. Not sure how to officially fix it. I just flashed previous back up that included an efs backup. Google around for EFS fix and Factory mode.
