i flashed my phone with flash from support dont know if i needed to but i did i rooted the phone with rooted file form support i keyed in *#7284# top one is put uart modem bottom one i left usb pda i conected to nspro and wrote original imei and original serial when it asked uart i conected and all is good the cable i bought from above was perfect so if your in the uk get it hope this helps anyone else trying to fix this problem........................................... ..br | |
