Support needed for E2120,2121 Respectively

Good Morning Mr Elco, I have two samsung phones E2120 and E2121 where they turn on and blinks on and off, i tried writing the firmware to the E2120 and gets an error message then the phone wont turn on but the code is read perfectly is there a solution on fixing this problem??
