T639 "data obort" and yellow screen - GSM-Forum

Please help me someone, I was trying to unlock a Samsung T639 from T-mobile that had "phone freeze" I've done this phones before so I did the regular procedure, but something is terribly wrong.
My phone displays a blue screen right after the T-mobile logo with what seem to be a debug screen or log screen or something like that, after I press the "0" button for 2 seconds and then the "*" it takes me to a yellow screen and there it does nothing.

!!!PLEASE HELP ME!!! I'm really desperate.

P.D: the procedure was done with the NS-PRO.

Flash the phone again with firmware from nspro support area.

NSPRO says phone not found and then shuts down when unlocking T639. I flash the phone
because it was in phone freeze state.

i have same problem in samsung t639
my cell start ok and halt on yellow display
plz anyone help me aurgently

Yes,me too same problem.I flashed several times but no luck.Any solution plz....
