U600"limited service" after wrong flash

hi to all,
i need help:
I have this phone u600 (U600BVGE_GJ1) have problem of display.
i flash it by mistake with U600B flash file (U600BXXGK2 from support).
after flashing, phone power on and look ok but "service limited".
so i realise phone was U600 and not U600B.
I flash back phone with U600XFGD5: problem is the same "service limited"
so i think i destroy something in eeprom area.
so elco can you help me?

phone: U600 (now in U600XFGD5)
S/N:R4TP823225Z

ps: i have try to repair eeprom with another tool without success.
thanks in advance

Its true. For limited service the best way is write eprom and imei with ust pro. Sorry Elco but it is true. Tested many times.
