i have same problem i just change usb cable. problem solved.

just change ur usb cable if problem remains then change usb port of nspro.

To solve if the usb controller is not dead phisically

co on device manager
open usb controlles
uninstall usb hst controller
click on action
click on search for hardware changes
win will find again the hub and the port will work again
