hi friend sometimes this message came out,just ignore that fake message and press the job button,all will be done,no need to do anything special,tested many times,regards,suunnyy br.

i have same problem i just change usb cable. problem solved.

just change ur usb cable if problem remains then change usb port of nspro.

have you checked if working on another pc ?

co on device manager
open usb controlles
uninstall usb hst controller
click on action
click on search for hardware changes
win will find again the hub and the port will work again
