Waiting for phone? error nspro

I recently purchased NSPro device but am having trouble using it .

I have tried unlocking different Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4 for Tmobile

but followed the instructions to use the s7070 cable but am not able to unlock

I have run this unlock and it still hasnt gone through

What I have done so far:
Tried different phones
re-installed drivers multiple times
re-installed NSpro from the disk they gave me and from the nsteam website
complete erase and complete install over and over ..

what am i doing wrong. ?

software says "connect S7070 cable type *#7284# and *#9090# or *#0808# when that is done connect USB CABLE" and give the info of what selection you should make base n software version of the phone that you are working on,this info will guide you to work on the phone and limit the risk of damaging the phone.

Which model phone are you trying to unlock?
what is software version is on the phone?
what steps did you take?

I just wanted to make sure you were using both cables and not just the s7070 cable mate.
Also, have you got the usb cable plugged into the laptop/computer and not the nspro box ?
Are you using 6.7.1 version of nspro ?

First prompt : Enter phone information I select M919
I then press unlock

Then it says : "Power on phone with S7070 cable attached. type *#7284#. select UART>PDA
Click Okay

Then it says: Type *#0808# on the phone. Select DM+MODEM+ADB and tap OK.
Connect the phone to USB Cable (This is the micro USB cable right) Click Okay

Then it starts running . Says unlocking phone.. on the bottom it says waiting on phone.

______________________________________

I have followed this process. it doesnt tell me anything about *#9090# is that what I am missing.

software says "connect S7070 cable type *#7284# and *#9090# or *#0808# when that is done connect USB CABLE" and give the info of what selection you should make base n software version of the phone that you are working on,

This phone is a M919 Tmobile Galaxy S4
Verision 4.2.2
BaseBand: M919UVUAMDL
