|  Wats wrong with my box..its not activation..its soemthing else Hi Elco, I am trying to connect my box but every time I get box not connected even though its installed properly Screen shot:  Uploaded with ImageShack.us How to fix this issue is it a box or smart card problem Plz advice Br Frenzy |

| hi guys even after installing a fresh installation I tend to get old drivers while i installed the latest setup but i go ahead and click have disk so i can manually install the drivers even after installing via "have Disk" I get the same above mentioned error. should I go ahead and use FDTI clean up utility to get this fixed Screen shot below  Uploaded with ImageShack.us thanks in advance |

| thanks for u reply elco wat i did was 1.Uninstalled NsPro. 2.Deleted NsPro folder from C:\Program Files 3.Installed latest NsPro version 4. Unplugged all ftdi device from usb port, right clicked my computer > properties hardware > device manager view > show hidden device > Ports (COM&LPT). 5. I could see a question mark icon on one of the USB port which nspro was plugged in I just right clicked and updated its drivers 6.Voila it started to work thanks Elco gr8 support I love my nspro BR frenzy |
