what is this?? what happend NSPRO TEAM??

Few days ago Mr Elco make my box without activation and told me that my box was used first time at 18.01.2010.

I install nspro 5.2.3 and enter to support area and read this please:

Hello, 1323F5C8
Today you have downloaded 0 B of your 500 MB daily limit.
You have registered on the 14th of June, 2010.

I need an answer from NSTEAM, explain me why you told me that this box
was registered on 18/01/2010, I still have until June, please I need you to
activate again.


Why this kind of things happend?? Even we have to pay a year for use NSPRO, year=12 month

I am very disappoint, if I could go time back my choice will be another

I will waiting answer from NS TEAM

u dont need to wait from ns team....just use another one..dont depend on only one thing.......

the support server show the date of support registration. That's NOT the same with activation date.


For example:
-If you used nspro for the first time 2 months ago, the activation server will register the first usage date.
-If you register to support today (2 months after you first time used nspro) the support server will show today's date as support registration date.


Details for card ID 1323F5C8:

Your NsPro was fist time used on 18.01.2010 at 09:44:29
So your nspro expired on 18.01.2011

You used the support area for the first time on 2010-06-14 at 19:59:06

The activation server will allways check for the first usage or last activation date.
NOT the first support login date.
