Why this error please elco - GSM-Forum

Today i open my nspro software and get this error,even before a year ends i paid activation in nov-2011 but why this error:
Connected to server
update error:wrong smart card id
disconnected from server

Your card was blocked by the reseller because you cheated him on paypal. Contact the reseller to solve the problem.
