why my ns pro not work - GSM-Forum

my ns pro registered on 20 aug 2009. i installed 5.7.7 version on 19 aug 2010, now when i'm opening ns pro icon it always shows-

Connected to server
Update error:updates not paid. Contact ur reseller your card id is-
Disconnected from server

now my question is why ns pro version 5.7.7 not openining now since this is installed on 19-8-2010, after august 21 onwards if new version not work its ok, but since i installed version when my box is activated, then why it asking for paid, u stop support, if i not paid, but u can't stop me to work on version 5.7.7, plz reply me ns pro team.

the activation is stored on the card. so even if you install it on a new pc, the activation is not affected.
Send me a PM with your card ID then i will give you details about the activation date.
All new nspro boxes are activated for 1 year (365 days).
After 1 year, will require activation to continue using it.

you can use nspro v5.2.3 without activation. Just copy this exe: http://www.nsteam.org/523/NsPro%205.2.3.exe into NsPro folder on your PC.
