that error indicate that your card was blocked by reseller.
Most likely because cheating (ex. paypal chargeback) on payment for activation.
Only the reseller who blocked your card can unblock it.
So contact your reseller to solve the problem.

i cant read id of card also

i remove all drivers and install ver 6.6.1 then same error pls help me very urgent

Whats Problem ? You have Answer = Contakt you Reseller

Yes, it's right, impossible not know who to has send money for u Ns-pro, contact him for u activaction, for read card Id, use Ns-Pro ID-READER, i think if is blocked the card id showing,
