Entering Test mode...
Bypasing MSL security...
Operation failed!

fone will then restart and would display:
user fault on illegal trial

Someone "played" with that phone using some free software or UST. And the phone NVM area is damaged.
To fix that, flash the phone with J600 file from Special IMEI folder then try to change the IMEI again.

PLZ post the result.

Here are the screenshots:

And i am talking about flashing.
Some other softwares may damage the phone by overwriting or erasing the NVM area during flashing process.
Wile NsPro is safe to use, as long is used with the firmwares provided on NsPro support area.

for me the same, but if I write "J600_full.sre" file from support, phone will be without simlock, but imei - 0000000 ....and firmware - J600DX
if I try repair it I get again:

... Entering Test mode...
MSL Security Detected!!!
Calculating MSL...
Operation failed! ....

If you after that write another flash (I needed J600XX....) IMEI is more "friendly" (for example 351772.... ) but not original.

please Elco solve it.
