hi any ideia?

after unlock z240 no network, before was ok. i am using latest software

connect powered on phone with any sim card inside to NsPro software and unlock the phone again.

but software says powered off phone with battery. and then asks for 9 + power on to download mode. so how do i do it?
power on phone with sim card . after that remove battery insert, 9 + power etc???

i have done it still the same. what could help? flash it? write eeprom? can u help elco?

Flash the phone with any firmware from support area and post the results.

Brother go to band selection and change the band..... ur broblem solve
