Z320i Cant Unlock

I have browsed this board almost to the end about this phone, but cant seem to unlock this phone.

I use E530 yellow cable, and after connecting, phone comes up, then i start the software and do the job.

I click unlock, and software shows phone unlocked, but its still locked.
I click read info and software reads all codes (incl. master code)

If I insertsim, it shows SIM lock (for me to enter the codes)
I enter all codes, no one works, then I enter the master code and phone unlocks.
But when I go to security settings to disable the SIM Lock password, using the same master code, I get incorrect sim password. (I tried many codes incl 00000000 it gives me incorrect password too.
The meaning of this is that I have to type in the master code each time I ON the phone.

Is there a way of reseting this phone, so the simlock will go away ?
