I have z500 to unlock and i cann't install z500 drivers into dongle as the box and PC is not reconizing the new hardware.Con i install without being reconized so i can work on the phone thanks.

Connect powered off phone to cable. Phone will power on. Start nsdongle v3.10.8 and select Z500 . Then install drivers.

PLZ explain. What happend? You use Nsdongle Box?
You use Nsdongle v3.10.8 ?
Phone have powered on when you connected to cable?
Have you selected Z500 on Nsdongle before installing driver?
Do you use Zxxx USB driver from support zone?

Hi there yes dongle box 3.10.8 have downloaded z500 zip to desktop.Z500 off plug in z500 cable open dongle box select z500 and nothing tried to enter z500 driver though device manager but it cannt find z500 drivers even though i select not manual.

Have you tested bluetooth before writing IMEI? PLZ explain me what happend? BLuetooth cant be activated? or cant connect with other devices?

Hi there Elco I have done all this downloaded zxxx file from support center.Pluged in phone not swithed on select z500 and try to install.I look in device manager and see samsung CDMA TECHNOLIGIES and install drivers but it keep saying drivers can not be found and hardware has not install properly and may not work.Try to update and the same happens.

Use Nsdongle Box and Z500 RJ45 cable for Nsdongle Box.

1. Connect powered off phone to cable (phone must be with battery). Phone will power on by himself (if you use correct cable)

2.Start Nsdongle v3.10.8

3. Press Suport Area button and go to support zone, download Zxxx USB drivers. Unzip and install drivers.

4. Select Z500 on Nsdongle software.

5.Windows will detect new device. Select to install drivers for new device from folder where you have unpacked the Zxxx USB drivers.

After installation is comlete, use UNLOCK button from Nsdongle to unlock that phone.

Is that hard to install some drivers?

if i use Z500 RJ45 cable why to install drivers ? the phone connect to the NSBOX and not to PC-USB PORT ... ???

Phone connect on UART mode to Nsbox and connect on USB mode to PC trugh Nsbox. So the drivers are still needed for USB connection.

Elco sorry mate what ever i try i cann't get the software to work.Have done as exactly as you say but cann't install the hardware ,kept on trying and got there in the end On windows XP and had to disable firewall .Thanks for your help.
