Z500 unlocking doesn't work with box. "Phone not found" - GSM-Forum

When i connect the Z500 to the box, the phone turns on, but nothing happens.

If i open Device manager, and click "Scan for hardware changes", the computer finds the samsung modem, but the "Connected" icon on the phone just flashes on/off (including sound) many times, before it stays off...

Is the cable broke? If it is, the cables are very poor quality... The D500 cable was also broke..

for Z500 you can also use USB OEM cable for direct unlock.

why can't he use the z500 rj45 cable of the box ?

You can use that cable but is a bug on get info function.
