i need your help i cant unlocka zv40 with nspro phone freez ,always phone not found but it recognised as cdm modem with windows

Press *#726872# install drivers.

Make sure you have installed the zxxx drivers correctly, Go to device manager and see if any "?" are appeared when phone connected, Drivers can be found in program file in nspro folder/Drivers.

If still you have problems, Take a screen shot of device manager when phone is connected.

Phone must be powered ON as the nspro software tell you.
Also the phone must be detected on device manager as SAMSUNG CDMA MODEM to be able to unlock it.
