how to flash w-series sonyericsson

update your ub box it will download algo files automatically and you will flash the phones

I have a similar problem and get cannot connect to server error. How do you configure this?

After installation of your box you must connect to the servers to update your box. The installation program does not have the files. Depending on your connection you will take several minutes to update. When done try to connect a phone and see what it says.

Connecting to your server will be if you to your software and open setup network and then server list to pick the server you prefer. If your internet requires proxy then fill in the details there. You will need a reasonably fast internet.
