Perhaps if you stopped all the crap running in the background???

You have AVG halfway through an internet update , AND Bitlord (bittorrent client) running AS well as UB software, both Bitlord and AVG are hammering your internet bandwidth (and resources) , hardly surprising it failed.

Not UB teams fault!
