Can this be unlocked by server?
Seems to me easier than trying to unlock myself.

Answer is no.
Only new models are supported.
And new models are not T630.
T630 which you have is new version, but old model

Hi, maybe it would be intersting to add this to remote unlocking.
I prefer to buy logs, than reflashing the phone to unlock.
