algoconsistancy error in universal box - GSM-Forum

yesterday when i connect any mobile. select any function it will terminated with error: 7f000100.7e00000c.00000102.00000c10.0000c12.000158 1c.00011826
after this we have to press update botton after updating it will ask for calibration .we have to connect 12v power supply but every time i connect ub it ask for calibration when we press ok botton errore will be . device open failed after that we press any function botton device is open but
everytime i connect my box it will give error

mcu nokia version 0.0 and updat to version:1.122
terminated with error:7f000002.7e000003.0000040d.algo consistancy error [error corrected][00000101].0000020c.00000102.000020c.00003020.00003080
mcu.bootversion 1.069 and up to date
smcu.boot version 1.34 and up to date
device opened at usb -> universal box [ubcdbvd8]

my resseler is kima with reffernce to gsmsolution india

my box is old one including lpt port please give me help universal box team
