hallo

I tried to unlock k700i but before the program finish I get erro, and i mist som log. what shal I do

with reagards

the battery is fully charger, and I tired 1 hour later and there was no problem to unlock the same phone with the same batteri, only I mis 4 log

I sill have some problem and I miss some log again, Ididn get any answer from last time.

why not opt for the Davinci server?

This is a serial port related error. I can tell you why this happend tomorrow after examining the source code. Anyway I have checked the server's log files and there was not any error message, but I gave back 10 credits. I have sent an email to you throught your dealer where I explain everything to you and I also show you a part of the logfile related to you when that error happend. We have heard that from some customers who had same problem with serial communication that they disabled some softwares ran in the background. For example: ICQ, MSN, Antivirus software... I don't ask you to not use antiviral software, just try disabling softwares that could make problems. Also you can try use USB<->Serial cable. And please tell me that have you ever unlocked K700 with our software without error? If yes, it should work again...
