Exclamation X300 cable!!!

Yesterday I got the UFO and at the very beggining of using it I had problems with cables. I couldn`t unlock A100 and then I saw that the connector on the cable is dirty. After cleaning it all was OK but with X300 I still have problems!!The cable works only if you plug it out from te phone a litlle and you have to hold it in that position as long as the flashing is active!I tried with another cable-still the same!It seems that the connector on the cable has to be modified but I still don`t know how!!!
What is the problem with the X300 connector?Does anyone have a pic how it should look like? Some other solution?
Greetings!!
