Unhappy 6230 1% ERROR MCU did not boot

Dear member's hi

Maybe someone can assist me ?

Tried all the types of voltages ACP-8E…..ACP-12E…….7.6-1A….
The phone is new and the cable is ok (Without resistance)

And I receive all the time the announcement of the next error
When I try to flash 6230 with any version

I can Flash the phone With …..GRI….PRO…TWIS…. Without any problem

Thanks for your time
