I still cant use pbb!

I have already made this:
1.Formatted hdd and install xp and service pack I. ( no any other software installed)
2.Install latest fls4 driver and phoenix 75-76-77 version and latest flash pack.
3.Updated my pbb dongle to latest version using online force update
4.Made hardware modification on pbb,as Zulea wrote in topic. ( some resistor should be changed )
5.Connected pbb directly to pc and use 9v 1A power !
6. I got always error:

Just use 7,5 volts, more than 500mA and STABILISED power adapter !!!

Best regards,

@Zulea
Could you answer my above question?
I don't think that my problem is wrong power supply!!!
My PBB is working fine with almost Nokia models.Tested too many times with almost WD2 and DCT4 models and always success!!!
Only had problem on N6510 and N8910 PPM part!!!
Software always give me error after erasing PPM part of these models!!!

Thanks in advance!!!

@Lampin

-My PCB is FLS4v6c!!!

Here is all of my steps which just tried before post question here:

-Already tried with all of these power supply: 6V-1000mA,7,5V-1000mA,9V-1000mA
-Already tried with @X_Shadows's solution (HW and SW)
-Uninstall all phoenixs and flash pakages in my PC including Clean HDD and Windows(Windows 2000;XP pack 1 and 2;Windows 98 second edittion) before install Phoenix and Flash package.
-Already played with all mode of LPT which I can : ECP,EPP,ECP+EPP,Extended Mode,..etc,..
-Already tried with 3 PCs and all of them are Pentiumn not Celeron and all of them are Pentium 4 so higher speed than P3 700MHZ
-Already read almost Service Buletins which I can download in PBB support site and too many other one which I can find on the net and from PWS
-Already tried to modify service cables with almost pinouts which I can find on the net
-Already tried with uninstall and reinstall newest Fia Package and FLS-4S driver 2.04.
-At least : I haven't got any problem with almost other models but only had problem with N6510,N8310,N8910 PPM part!!!

Now I'm trying to mesure and study why I can't get 3,9V-4,1V from main board as ******** said above about HW mod solution!!!

And as I can see, almost member here had the same problem

If you still need more details about all of my trying please let me know!

Hope you can help me out!

Thanks in advance!

@ hakima

Try remove ANY LPT cable extension that you use!

If you have PCB v6c, not need anymore any modification to get right supply voltage for the phone!!

If you not get 3.9-4.0 volts for the phone, there is 2 reasons:

1. your Power Adapter is the NOT right one (not stabilised well, and not give enough current when high consumption from phone).
2. yout PBB have some hardware problems, so try ask your reseller for exchange (but do thois only after try what I say here).

The mostly probably problem is number 1.

You use wrong or bad pwer supply adapter and/or use LPT cable extension.

Here are some examples of power adapters who work well:
http://www.minwa.com.hk/newDesign/pr...id=1215&code=2

http://www.minwa.com.hk/newDesign/pr...id=1216&code=2

http://www.minwa.com.hk/newDesign/pr...id=1269&code=2

I use MW 9110 GS to test all boxes, and this work well on 2 PC's and 4 laptops that i have here. Just set output to 7.5 volts, and PLUS in the middle of connector. Also there is right connector who fits well like Nokia charger connector.

If you want a switching regulated one, can try this:
http://www.minwa.com.hk/newDesign/pr...?id=832&code=1

Also desk stand power adapters from Teleway works well without any problems:
http://www.one-stop-factory.com/prod...e=Power+supply

Just set output to 7.5 volts, and PLUS in the middle of connector. The main problem when using this desk stand power supply is uotput voltage can be easy set to wrong higher value (from wrong mistake or from past operation with power supply on another device) and can damage your PBB easy if not carefull each time.

best regards,
Zulea

Thanks for your help but as I can see maybe U did not read my above post carefully.
I already flashing successfully with almost other models including WD2 which require more consumptive power current than DCT4 type!
Am I right?

Otherwise I will continue try to find out other Power supply!
Thanks in advance!!!
