what cable did you use?? did you try DKU-2??

you need to install dku2 usb driver for your 9500.....best work under windows xp

do you mean the above error still persisit with yiur dku2 cable??

have you tried jsut connecting your phone to USB by DKU-2, if your phone is detected by windows XP?? if not your cable might be incompatible or damage 100%

Hi,

For full flashing 9500 you have to connect BOTH 2 cables.
One from PBB RJ45 to phone (for using FBUS) and another from PC USB port to phone POP port (this is DKU2).
First cable is used for flashing phone part and second cable (DKU2) is used for flashing PDA part (ADL USB flashing for PDA part).
