| About the phoenix black box Hello all I have bought the pbb and no cd for the software was includeed, and I have tryed to download it from the phoenixblackbox.com but the software is not there anymore, can anyone help me with that? I need the software |

Go to here: http://www.phoenixblackbox.com/support/ Download : Black Box Tool v4.0 Go to here: http://www.phoenixblackbox.com/index2.htm Choose "Free Access" Download FLS-4 Drivers v.2.05 Run FLS-4 driver Connect PBB to the computer Run Black Box Tool v4.0 You will see your user and password for the support. Go to here: http://www.phoenixblackbox.com/support/ Write username and password. Download any files from the support you need. BR Roy |

| I have a big problem, I have downloaded the Black Box Tool v4.0 and when I start it it says that it cant find the phoenix box, what shall I do. pleeeeeeeeaseeeeee help me |

| your pbb detected and allocate the comport 5. go to control panel check the virtual port and put com 5. then open Blackbox Tool v4.0 to get your login name and password for the download support site.... |
