After updated my PBB now everytime I start the phoenix, it will just HANG at the Nokia Display only!!!
I already try to updated my PBB again
I already try to uninstall and install again the 120/123
I already try to install 120 and upgrade to 123
Before updated I can use 123 without any problem!!
All help will greatfull

Yes, PBB has still problem, I use Latest phoenix_123 Can't flashing but can open phoenix software and scan product, and I trying update with blackboxtool V6.0 i am looking it's SN change(not my old SN), Please Mr.Zulea fix this problem.

Is your PBB on OC Right now ??? Is your serial number the same???

1=Go to ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMME and Un-install Phoenix
2=Restart machine
3=Install 120 and Restart machine
4=Run Phoenix.Opens ok??? If yes,...

At 0B, Just having problem registering scriptcontent.dll at installation but phoenix still working fine(as i use for flashing only)
I'm among those which can use 123 before updated to 0C

For the solution above, have been tested and my phoenix still not working

1=Open your Maintennace v6
2=Click Write Default EE (Wait all process to finish)
3=Click Update PBB Online (Make sure the 2 down ponits are ticked=Force Update and Init Default EE
4=Check your LPT Cable (Might be Faulty,change it if possible)
5=Remember, the New Phoenix (Phoenix Service Software 2005.44.7.123) Takes more seconds to open Comparing to its previous Releases. Not less than 20 SECONDS.So better wait and see, may it it can open later.

You did not tell me if PHOENIX 120 opens fine or it s the same problem.

Using 0B, 100% working fine!!
After updated to 0C, i cannot even use 120!!

I finally found out is my XP problem!! I try to install at another clean PC with same XP2 and my problem solve!!

I hope somebody can point what happen to the XP cause such problem!!

Still trying to remove some application to see weather can start the phoenix!!

Hopefully no need to format my PC!! As need to backup tooo many stuff!!

Good news.
Antiviruses and Firewalls Interfere much with some applications.
In my case, PBB works fine with all my Antiviruses and Firewalls always ON.

Hope you will recover your time.
