What kind of power supply do you use for your PBB?
If you switch your box to FLS-4S mode Phoenix will write the correct error message.

7,5 V seems correct. I know you use PKD-1RD mode.
Run BlackboxTool and switch it to FLS-4S mode if you want to see more information from that error.
Stop before erasing is sometimes phone HW problem or cable problem.
