How write *.rpl file to blank UEM? - GSM-Forum

Hello.
How write *.rpl file to blank UEM in Nokia 7610? I using *.rpl file from ASIC5, but i have message:
"Please put 5.3 V on VBATT"
and after i have error:
"Serial number programming failed.

HRESULT 0x8004021b (-2147220965)"
Why?

rebuild imei not possible by PBB also without JBV-1

so how rebuild IMEI? Jaf, Tornado, Griffin GTI or other tool??

JAF: use imei tool click write RPL choose any RPL you wish ther is alot of them free

Tornado: click Write UME etc...

GTI: cannot do as well
