after 1 day of use I have a strange problem :
PKD Serial number: w×7Ś
PKD Serial number length: 05
FLS Serial number: 3310845721
FLS Max counter: 12932991
FLS counter: 96215


what to do?

what to do?
use last PhoenixBlackBox software
try to fix
Box Type : PKD-1RD
Write Box Type : 6 digits
PKD SN and FLS SN : same value
Max Count and Counter : 1000
then press Write Default EE

if get error again maybe regulator need to be changed.

Hi, first of all I want to know is PBB-2 Support in flashing BB5 Phones via USB?!??
because i get this error everytime I try to flash BB5 phone with PBB (in PKD-1RD and FLS-4S mode).
please help me and thank you in advance....

Put a valid SIM-card into the phone. Switch on the phone
Connect to the computer with the DKU-2 or CA-53 cable. Run Phoenix and flash the phone. Always use the latest Phoenix.

so, Phoenix can not Flash DEAD BB5 Phones via USB??? or it can if we use FBUS??

btw, I try your solutions but nothing improved.. still got the error, but now is something about ADL loader
any other suggestions mate?!??

Of course. Wrong installation of phoenix the problem. Unistall Phoenix then unistall Connectivity Cable driver too from the Control Panel. After it install the latest Phoenix and will work.
