Need info on PBB and IMEI repair

Help me please people im so confused. I have been reading this forum countless time for the past three months and fought I had everything set in my mind but then new flashers arrived on the market. I am new to mobile phones but not computers and electronics. I want to be able to do the following as minimum.

Flash phones and repair/rebuild IMEI for the following phones

All Samsung
All Nokia both dct4 and dct3
All Panasonic
All Motorola
All Sony Ericsson
All Siemens

(Full support and future upgrades for new phones and features is a vital factor)

All the rest of the mobile phone manufacturers makes would be nice but not fully necessary. On my own I determined that buying this combination of flashers would be the cheapest way to achieve my goal:

1xTwister box
1xPBB
1x Old griffin platinum with all the bull activated ect

I have $1000 to spend that includes the price of a SMD hot air and soldering workstation as well, and I know that people don’t like to make suggestions on others behalf but I simply don’t want to waste my money after all it is allot to **** based on my own research without feedback from experts. I was thinking of buying stock from these guys http://www.gsm-taurus.com/ can they be trusted???

I know this question should possibly be posted in another section but I posted it here because I have had my eye on this PBB when it first came out but was not sure if it could do the imei repair trick via the uem change on dct4 phone? Thank you for any feedback provided.
