Finaly solved.
Just download BlackBoxTool_v6.0.zip from Support Start page
or from this direct link:
http://www.phoenixblackbox.com/free/...oxTool_v60.zip
and make update to your PBB with both options "Force update" and "Init Default EE" checked. That's all ...

still no solution to make phoenix software work perfect with XP SP2 O/S instead of win2000 .
