new stupid law in Turkey

hi all.firstly imust say i love my pbb and the others of course.but nowadays there is a new stupid law in my country Turkey.someone from the government making controls to gsm services and taking the boxes and say us the reason is 'you change imei no.'.i wonder that the services in Europe using boxes like us what they do for the laws?are they allowed to use these equipment or something else?or any solution please..are there any controls in Europe countries?if so what do you do for this?

bu sekile olması daha iyi olacak cunku piyasa zaten lackalasmıs durumda herkesin elinde box kilit cozuyor.. sadece işlerini iyi yapanlar piyasada tutunabilecek. ben bu kanunu destekliyorum, eğer boyle bir kanun cıkmasaydı bizim bulundugumuz caddede 250 tane telefoncu olacaktı...

Laws are made to be broken... every law is innocent and flexible, but you need to know exectlly that what the law is. Anyway, changing IMEI is restructed in most of coutries but it's still being done around the world, don''t be worried, and collect the whole day's jobs and take them at your appartment and do them... or buy law enforcement authorties along with PBB.

hehe, police will bring you imei changing jobs too and you ll do it in your apartment and after , you ll go and do it in Police "apartment" too..

i dont wanna make imei changing.i just wanna go on programming gsm in my shop.but its impossible without twister or blazer or pbb or smartclip.it doesnt matter that i change imei or not,they take the boxes anyway.cause it has the ability to change that f...ed number.

problem with new laws is that idiot some police officers dont actually know what is going on and what is legal and what isnt

hopefully with time they will learn and stop aking away your boxes

here in uk imei change is illegal too but it seems now that it is not actually illegal to own the equipment as long as you have no intent to use the function. basically you just need to work with this government agentcy and tell them wht the devices actually do and don't do

the officers are looking at the cases.so i decided to take the metal covers off,and use the boxes witout them.but im afraid of some hardware problems.what can you say for this? (i mean all of you)

you are right they dont know which one is twister or blazer.they just read the names and check their lists.for example if redbox is not in the list,so its ok for them.and go on working with it.stupid law for stupig officers

I shouldnt think taking covers off would cause problems but you could always paint them and get transfers to paste over them calling them something else ie phone directory manager etc or something sounding harmless.
Lots of programs here in UK have had IMEI repair/change removed and called UK edition.
Essojay is right though, beware of strangers (and sometmes friends) asking you to change imei (if illegal in your country) because you Will get caught eventually

make a new casing like CPU case, Fit all pcbs in that case with shielded mounting screws, make some RJ-45 Female outlets in that case, make some inlets from LPT for pbb, USB for all others ...

i dont need to change imei.the officers charge me with imei changing.and they take the boxes during controls.this is my problem.i dont wanna give my boxes to government cause they dont need them and they cant use them for any porposes,i mean they dont have enough brain for this i love my job and my job cant go on without these equipments.this is my point..
