Member: 13335 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | problem with new laws is that idiot some police officers dont actually know what is going on and what is legal and what isnt hopefully with time they will learn and stop aking away your boxes here in uk imei change is illegal too but it seems now that it is not actually illegal to own the equipment as long as you have no intent to use the function. basically you just need to work with this government agentcy and tell them wht the devices actually do and don't do |

Lots of programs here in UK have had IMEI repair/change removed and called UK edition. Essojay is right though, beware of strangers (and sometmes friends) asking you to change imei (if illegal in your country) because you Will get caught eventually | |
