Zuela has stopped support for pbb1, otherwise he would have no problems giving us at least web site support for files download.

Your point of view is totally unrealistic, I am afraid. Read threads more carefully next time, as you seem to have skipped some relevant pieces of information.

In other words, you are wrong.

Support download area and server (files download), was NEVER promissed bye ME, it was a bonus for all PBB owners in last 2 years. Please check old posts (first posts) in this section regarding this subject! If your reseller promissed support downlaod (for life?), the please blame your reseller.
Also, I not sold any PBB1 in last 6 months, so did you think that we are charity organisation here to pay each month for huge traffic and hosting of ~40 GBytes of Nokia flash files and manuals?

Every product on gsm forum has files support, so please don't try to bull**** me.

I bought my pbb about one year ago and used it about 20 times. For the money I paid for it and for the amount of traffic I generated, I certainly lost money with it. Same applies to your usb-smart, which I used about 5 times and I find ridiculous and buggy. It's mean PPB2 you don't promisse too.if yes,you can say PPB2 MAX SUPPORT 2YEARS,and then after that no body will complaint about you

Ok, but this may be not problem if PBB1 users can access PBB2 support page - files are the same. and you can not speak about charity.
