Yes, thx I've thought bootstrap problem....You need to reinstall Phoenix but...After uninstall Phoenix reboot your computer and you must delete directories manually. Delete C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia ,C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Framework, C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\tp , C:\Program Files\Nokia\CDMA, C:\Program Files\Nokia\TSS Instrument API, C:\Program Files\Nokia\TssProductApiA and all dll files in C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\ directory. After it install Phoenix 136. After reboot and registering dll's run 138 update. After them you can flash without any problem.

Yes it's true sir but it only work with PBB 2 and when I try to do BB5 Flashing with PBB 1, it always say an Error about ADL Loader.
how can I fix that?!??

Which phoneix u use ? Which DKU-2 driver u use?
Use the latest Phoenix. This will install the latest DKU-2 cable too.
