I have followed all the instructions published in "PBB2 Installation Notes" I am using a DKU-2 USB cable. §I have created two connection in phoneix, the first is Fbus whit the port number diplayed in the control panel under "FLS Virtual Port" and the second port was USB. After that I have opened product (File Menu), clicked on normal mode, and gone to Flashin->Firmware Update, after I was sure the product code was right I clicked on Start, the process worked well for a couple of minutes and after that I got the error displayed on the picture attached. That's all I have done.

Dear Friend!
Why you used an old firware for flashing? The latest firware for Nokia 6280 is 3.70 and you've tried 3.40. WHY??????

When I use "Phone Information" function it said that the current version was 3.40 and I used the same ver. Was it wrong? It was not a downgrade, isn't it?

As I read there are many problems with the old versions but the 3.70 can flash with the latest Phoenix without any problem, if the phone is alive of course. Dead USB flashing is not implemented yet in 3.70...

What version of Phoenix do you use? Try to make "Dead phone flashing", but I guess you try to use rare Phoenix.

I am using Phoenix 2006.12.7.138.

I have tried the Dead phone flashing but it does not work, when I press the power on button I get this message
"Flash failed. Flash: Tried to load empty data to phone. Check that flash images contain correct data. If you tried dead phone flashing this means that flash image does not support that."

If I retry I get the same message. I haven't used rare Phoenix

Is it because nokia does not release new firmware or because phoenix cannot flash dead phone? what's the problem with flashig dead 6280? What I have to wait for?
Someone say that Jaf and Fbus can flash it, is this voice real?

Thanks

The problem is in the MCU file. This isn't contains the data for it. We are waiting for the next release, maybe it will. JAF with P-key can repair 6280 via FBUS.
