usually it is inside Data package ..

its not simple like that to use it ,you need lot of equipment

anyway PPB is Level 1-2 which absolutely cannot tune anything ...

Cool phoenix autotune

If you want to use autotune option you need :
-PCI GPIB card
-Rohde Schwarz CMU200 (i think other one gsm tester is supported by nokia but this is the best one )
-module jig (depends on phone model)

if you read help (shown after pressing that magic button ...) you can read more about that

go to tuning tab..and find tune paremeter..
