phoenix black box not find

I bought compaq nc6000 with com and lpt ports. But problem is when I connect my PBB to lpt port and try to run black box tool it says "phoenix black box not find"(I installed FLS-4 driver). I tried with all possible settings in bios and in lpt setting but still the same. Of course my PBB is working good with another laptop. What's the problem? Do I need any additional drivers or what's the problem? Help me, please.

I couldn't use my PBB on Compaq nc6000 ! Only original FLS-4S and GTI could work on that laptop. I tried every BIOS settings but didn't help me.

Try on another computer,i think you PBB is faulty powered. When you plug charger with bad polarity you can be sure that your regukator is dead.
Just change it (the 78L05,8 pins components) by another 78L05 which supplied 1A just solder with 3 wires.Very easy and next time try to be sure of the polarity.

I couldn't solve this problem. When I attached PBB to nc6000 heard a sound like attached an USB device and computer recognized the box as a floppy drive. I upgraded the BIOS but didn't help. I don't have any idea...
