Phoenix Startup Fail !!!

Hi guys im trying to install pbb 1 on my pc .
it installs all good but when i start it up i get these errors....

Could not load the settings parser component (settings_parser.dll). Try reinstalling Phoenix.
HRESULT 0x8000ffff (-2147418113)
This means:
Catastrophic failure


The following errors occurred during the loading and initialisation
of TSS Product API. Phoenix will not be fully functional.
Please reinstall Phoenix to fix the problem.

Could not create Product API Loader.
Could not pass connection object to Product API.
Could not set Product Detection mode.
Could not pass data package path to Product API.

Coult not initialise product polling
HRESULT 0x80004005 (-2147467259)
This means:
Unspecified error

Any help in fixing this prob is well welcome thanx

Maybe something wrong with your XP. Try to reinstall Win XP first and use SP2 too.
