Problem with detecting products - GSM-Forum

Good day. I have 2 pbb. One of them was damaged by erasing serial number (dead sim key inside), but second box is alive and have some strange problem. he is flashing well as dead phone, but not working all UI settings, scan product, testing and tuning options, phoenix doesn't see any phone correctly. i compare 2 boards by measuring all smd componets - all of it ok.

how to resolve this problem?

it is not 74HC14. what interface phoenix is using in test and local mode (FBus or Mbus) ?

change 74hc14 from non SN one and test
