Wintesla Not Working - GSM-Forum

i have problem with wintesla. Not change mode to DCT3 phones for flasing or unlocking user code (in PKD-1RD and FLS-4S mode).Phoenix works (flashing unlocking). Zulea please help( the problem is same on my 2 PC)

Better install &use wintesla in 1pc and phoenix in another pc...(nokia recomented)

I use both software on the same system Win XP SP2 without any problem.

not working and i have the same problem( i have experience with original Nokia Fls4)

Did you try to throw your box to the wall? (I'm just kiding...)
I have the exact same problem. Wintesla is not working (to be exact is not finding the phone) but Phoenix is working just fine. Did anyone else experienced the same problem?
I have PBB2... when i use USB connection BlackBoxTool_v70 finds it but on LPT nothing...
@ZULEA please give a solution....

Did u choose FLS-X device in the menu? Sorry I am not at home to check it...
After a few hours I am going to go home to check it and post u a screenshot...
One more thing. For correct working you have to you COM port 1, 2, 3 or 4 in the FLS Virtual port and maybe you have to connect your box to the LPT port. I'll check via USB too.

Yes my friend i did all that.
I was working for 4 years with Wintesla and original FLS-4s (and Fls-2 before they change it) and i know all the procedure of installing and using wintesla...
With LPT connection as i said before my PBB2 doesn't see the box at all (as it doesn't exist), but with USB all ok. It works fine with Phoenix (i flashed many phones) but with Wintesla i installed it checked the connections (and other types of connections), i have checked the FLS-X box but NOTHING...
I hope you have a solution...

Sorry my friend, I didn't know this... I've just tested but I couldn't flash 3210 with Wintesla via USB only when box was connected to the LPT port.

Thanks for the reply. Thats something. I'll try LPT connection to make it work...
How much Volt you use to feed the Dongle? I use 9V regulator...

OK i had some small progress...
I found that using a usb to LPT doesn't work...
I used a LPT connection to my box but when i was opening BlackBox Tool v70 it said to me that "PBB2 not found", but when i used BlackBox Tool v60 it saw the box.
Then i tryed to use wintesla with the LPT connection and...... NOTHING.
The exact same problem: My PBB2 doesn't see any DCT3 phone when i use Wintesla...

I am afraid this problem is not only yours problem. My friend can't use his PBB1 on his HP Compaq nc6000 notebook.
