we'll, final build version comes here.

no new keys should be requested, same sw-id as before,
anyway .. news in this beta-version is.

- baudrate selection atm - 115200Bd
- added repair eeprom, initializing problem function
- settings ini-file, for minor problems of communication
- fixed minor bug fixes in com.
- new GUI interface as requested
